Media Training es el entrenamiento que se le da al vocero de una organización pública o privada para representar a su entidad ante medios de comunicación como radio, televisión, prensa y digital. Cuando estamos frente a un periodista tenemos que tener un objetivo claro: colocar los mensajes que queremos transmitir.

Objetivos

Objetivo Central

Potenciar y desarrollar habilidades de comunicación en medios de comunicación (televisión, radio y prensa) y plataformas.

Objetivos Específicos

Explicar a los participantes la importancia de construir y transmitir de manera eficaz los mensajes antes de cada entrevista.
Asesorar a los voceros sobre el adecuado uso del lenguaje corporal y verbal.
Revisar la huella digital de cada participante, para el buen uso de los medios digitales.

Estructura

Parte Teórica

En una charla se tratarán los siguientes temas:

Panorama de los medios de comunicación y la importancia de tener una preparación previa.
Características de los medios para una correcta presentación en radio, televisión, prensa escrita y digital.
Análisis de la huella digital de cada vocero para ver el estado de sus redes sociales y lo que dice google de él.

Parte práctica

En nuestras instalaciones contamos con un set profesional de televisión con tres cámaras 4K Full HD, teleprompters, luces y un switcher, desde donde trabajaremos:

Cuatro rondas de entrevistas por cada vocero
Revisaremos las grabaciones y analizaremos los resultados con cada participante

Registro digital.
Manual de participación en Medios de Comunicación.
Reporte de la Huella Digital y recomendaciones.
